What's new?

Since April 1, 2017, all activities and programs of the Bureau de l’efficacité et de l’innovation énergétique (BEIE) have beed transferred to Transition énergétique Québec (TEQ), the new public body that is responsible for supporting, encouraging and promoting the energy transition, innovation and efficiency.

The activities and processing of applications under way will continue uninterrupted.

How to file a complaint

With a view to constantly improving the quality of its programs and services, the Bureau de l’efficacité et de l'innovation énergétiques pays close attention to the complaints and comments that it receives.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the services you received, please consult the Complaints section to find out the procedure to follow and the contact information of the person in charge of complaints management.

How to submit an access request

Under the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of person information, every person can submit a request for access to documents held by a public body or to their personal information held by this body.
