The Rénoclimat program promotes energy efficient renovations meaning work that is carry out for the purpose of reducing a home’s energy consumption while improving its level of comfort.
To be eligible for financial assistance, the renovation work must be performed on the building’s envelope (improving insulation and air tightness, replacing doors and windows) or on the mechanical systems used by the home (installing or replacing a water heater or the ventilation and heating systems).

Please note that to receive financial assistance under the Rénoclimat program, all the required conditions must be respected for every type of work.
