• Normative Framework (in French only) – effective since came into force on September 15, 2020  

The content of the Normative Framework currently in effect force has legal value. It prevails over the content of brochures and other information published about the Rénoclimat program.

This normative framework was approved by the board of directors of Transition énergétique Québec and administered by the ministère de l'Énergie et des Ressources naturelles. Since October 20, 2022, the program is administered by the ministère de l’Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs. The normative framework remains in effect.
